Breeanna is General Counsel and oversees the Administration Division of DTS.  She specializes in decreasing friction in internal compliance practices to harmonize regulatory requirements with business success.  This includes oversight of Leadership Team Operations, Legal, Contracts, HR, Finance, Security, IT, and Corporate Secretary responsibilities.
