Robert is a subject matter expert on Export Administration Regulations (EAR) compliance program development.  He specializes in tariff classifications, export authorizations, and building export compliance programs. This includes the ITAR, associated lifecycle management for U.S. Government contracts, Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and procedure development. His success is by simplifying U.S. businesses’ needs to enable International Sales for both the Commercial and Defense sectors.
